Re-training Dushanbe and Khorog

Aim of this re-training is, that the project staff participating in last year's training on the teaching materials in Dushanbe in Sept. 2011 as well as in the study visit to Narva in Nov. 2011, are now going to train other academic staff employed in teacher education at the partner universities in Dushanbe and Khorog.

Study visit of Tajik teachers to EU university in Narva, Estonia

From November 22nd to December 2nd, 2011, a study visit of previousely selected Tajik lecturers employed in teacher training at our Tajik partner universities is taking place in Narva, Estonia. This is to offer the possibility to our Tajik partners to observe teaching practice in the EU and to incorporate those experiences into the teaching materials developed and to be developed in the project.

Teacher Training Dushanbe

From 12 - 17 September 2011 a training for teacher training representatives in the framework of ProTraining project is going to take place at the premises of Tajik State Pedagogical University in Dushanbe. The content of the training is the presentation of the curricula guideline, which is intended to enable participating universities to adapt their teacher training curricula according to the ECTS. In addition, workshop sessions for the teaching material on class planning and active teaching methods are going to take place.

Results of ECTS Workshop Dushanbe and public conference on Bologna principles

From 17 - 22 September 2010 the conference on Bologna principles and ECTS workshop for ProTraining project took place at the premises of Tajik State Pedagogical University. Our project partner representative Katri Raik, Director of the Narva College at Tartu University, held the presentation followed by a lively discussion on the principles of the Bologna Declaration and their implementation by the example of Estonia.
